Large-ish web servers need automated process management tools like God/Monit, or at very least have something like New Relic in place to warn if the site goes down/is going to go down.

It's obviously not for small scale websites, though...

but there isn't an automated... I mean yeah, for all the notification/alerts are all automated but to do such fix or solutions were still a human action after all. (and have to do it manually)

I think what YowMamaSita meant was to hire a developer to do a CMS so the client can update the website on their own. But still... not automated, it's just an "instant" update.

That's just my point of view..

sorry i was late to realize na we'll have diff definitions of web management. i wrote that thinking of backups, load balancing, all those behind-the-frontpage stuffs -- the sysadmin tasks. and yes, we cant make a fully automated system to manage the whole sh~t (unless there's a superb A.I involved, right?) but most repetitive tasks can be done with a few lines of code

and btw, have you heard of autoblogs? ive been into that before, making them for people who want passive income on ads. i dont know kung "in" pa din siya ngayon but thats absolute zero maintenance unless youre dealing with network problems (by which you can still go over with cloud technology)

Cost of web management is not fixed pricing. The price will depend on your requirements and the type of website you have. Better to consult. Good luck.
