    Responsive Web Design - how do you do it?

    I have heard lot of talks about responsive web design and its need in today's web design trends

    What is the best tools/frameworks and process for designing a responsive websites?



    What I really want to know, is how do you do it?

    Right now I'm using Skeleton for my project; what good about this one is because they are using 960 css framework for its base. This is also good for wordpress developers because they have a blank template for all of us made by Simplethemes.
